I have had a brilliant opportunity come in for a Team Leader based in central Edinburgh for a technology company. These opportunities rarely come up so please read on!
So what will you be doing?
* Managing a team of 15 inbound customer service agents
* Completing regular one to ones with all team members
* Quality monitoring and in the moment feedback sessions
* Performance reviews and management
* Regular development plans and goal setting
* Recruiting new team members and ensuring a company fit
* Feedback sessions to senior management on how the customer experience can be improved
What are we looking for?
* Experience within a team lead/manager position in a contact centre environment
* If you speak other languages this would be beneficial
* You must have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to improve process
