Excellent Team Manager Opportunity Available Now!

Develop, lead and manage a team of Customer Service Advisors whilst working as part of a team of Managers. Demonstrate
effective communication skills with external and internal customers to ensure company standards are met and maintained,
whilst ensuring FCA compliance.


£21,500k salary including team bonus
Rotating shift pattern including weekends (5 days a week-36 hours total)

Experience Required

Have Supervisory/Management experience in a customer service environment.
 Have excellent leadership skills.
 Be able to influence and motivate others by leading by example.
 Have excellent organisational skills.
 Have proven communication skills at all levels.
 Have excellent written and numerical skills.
 Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment.
 Be able to demonstrate and recognise excellent customer service.
 Be able to make considered decisions using sound judgement.
 Be able to motivate, coach, develop others to achieve team and business objective.
 Be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment.
 Have good knowledge of Word, Excel and email.
 Be able to interpret data and communicate confidently, clearly and concisely.
