Are you a passionate about customer service with a proven track record of leading people to success in a contact centre environment?

You'll be able to demonstrate

* You have great experience in a customer service contact centre environment across multiple platforms and are able to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.

* You are committed to people management- and can lead, coach, develop teams and individuals to achieve success across targets.

* You have sound business acumen and able to resolve escalations within business process, regulatory and compliance frameworks.

* You've been able to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that contribute to centre and company wide improvement.
