Team Leader
Learning Disability Service
Worcestershire

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join a superb adult's learning disability service in Worcestershire. This is a full time ongoing contract position but you will need to be flexible to work nights and weekends. You will also need experience in managing a team or in a senior support worker capacity

You will be working in a unique but dynamic service and be responsible for managing a high quality service for adults with learning disabilities. You will be working within a company whose main focus is provide person-centred support which allows and enables service users the live fulfilling and enriched lives.

You will be managing the personal budget services within the community as well as supervising and managing the team. You will be working alongside the registered manager to ensure the services are of high quality and compliant with CQC regulations.

To be considered for this Team Leader role you will need to have:
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent
