With sound communication skills and a strong customer service ethos, you'll need to be passionate, committed and flexible, and want to excel in an environment that is fast paced, challenging as well as rewarding.
You'll already have minimum 12 months leadership experience in a contact centre environment so you will be able to demonstrate the following
* You have great experience in customer service and show you are able to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
* You can lead, coach, develop and manage teams and individuals to achieve success across targets.
* You have sound business acumen and able to resolve escalations within business process, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* You've been able to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that contribute to centre and company wide improvement.
