Salary: £23,075 per annum + Benefits
We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to work in a Learning Disability and Mental Health service in South Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience looking for a new challenge.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the project service area, ensuring that planned work is undertaken and that there is adequate support to the different areas of the project. You will also undertake direct work with service users where necessary, and to supervise individual staff, ensuring regular reviews and individual care programmes.
In return you will receive a very competitive salary paying up to £23,075.00 per annum depending on experience plus benefits. You are required to work 37 hours per week.
To carry out this role you will need a good standard of literacy and numeracy together with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You will have good knowledge of quality standards and have experience in working in a mental health service. It is essential that you have one year's relevant Team Leader experience.
