We are looking for a Team Leader to join UK's fastest growing variety store chain
Salary: £26375
Hours: 44 per week
Main duties:
- Ensuring a safe environment for all colleagues and customers
- Collaborate with management team daily to understand store development priorities
- Supporting new and existing colleagues with training and development
- Providing assistance to colleagues to ensure delivery of excellent customer service and compliance standards
- Assist colleagues in delivering stores merchandise standards
