Team Administrator/PA needed for a growing construction company working for a dynamic director as his Personal Assistant within East Kilbride offering a friendly and fast paced office with free parking. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8am until 5pm. This is a great role for a candidate with previous experience within the construction and engineering sector looking for a new role in which they can have autonomy and implement fresh ideas.
Within this role you will be doing general administrative work for the company, answering calls and emails for the director, booking travel and accommodation, helping train and implement new systems, liaising with the finance team in regards to payroll and managing the busy diary of the director. You will be also be part of the recruitment and on boarding process when hiring new staff and contractors within the business.
In order to flourish within this role the perfect candidate will be highly organised, works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. You will have to be a self starter and ideally have experience working with contractors and this candidate needs to be extremely tech savvy. This company are forward thinking and the superstar candidate will be able to pick up systems easily, have high computer literacy and MS office skills as well as using apps such as Dropbox.
