Team Administrator
Temp based Manchester
£13.05 per hour

Main Responsibilities

To provide administration and research support .

  • Proactively, provide general administrative support, delivering a high quality, confidential and flexible service to a number of senior members.
  • To act as the first point of contact for all enquiries face-to-face, on the phone and via email including research queries.
  • Organise and service meetings as required including taking of minutes, typing reports and arranging telephone/video conferences.
  • Collate financial reports
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for meetings.
  • Organise meetings conferences, seminars and events, to include booking rooms, arranging AV equipment and catering, distributing papers.
  • Making travel arrangements including booking travel and accommodation for UK and overseas trips and making arrangements for visitors.
