This is an immediate available full time permanent role. This position is based in a well known business in the South side of Aberdeen. We are specifically looking for candidates who have facilities experience, but will consider applications from all backgrounds.
This role is based on a 40hr week 8-5 and you will report to the Office and Contract Manager.
Duties will include:
Supporting the manager with a variety of different admin work
High volume of document management
Recording accidents and various other Health and Safety duties
Raising PO's and assisting with invoices
Liaise with suppliers and feed information into the finance team
Collate weekly reports
Support the wider team organising engineers diaries
It is essential to have the confidence to interact with staff at all levels within this role, as well as being able to build relationships both internally and externally.
