This role is located in the heart of the city centre and offers fantastic benefits along with working alongside some industry professionals and leaders within the field and a great opportunity for a someone who is a positive and willing to go the extra mile for their employer. Duties in this role of Team Administrator include : Reception cover, booking travel arrangements, diary management, procurement of office supplies setting up for meetings and ensuring all resources are available and general administrative duties required such as filing and archiving. On occasion you may be asked to cover reception which means you will be the first point of contact.
In order to succeed in applying for this role you need to have exceptional MS Office skills and used to a varied fast paced role coupled with a professional and friendly manner and the confidence and ability to communicate at high levels within the business. You will be pro active, with a great work ethic and be able to manage your time and workload efficiently. Previous experience in professional services is desired.
