As Team Administrator you will bring with you previous experience supporting a team of professionals in a busy and fast paced commercially focused environment where confidentiality has been key. Demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail standards, you will be proactive, organised, self motivated and a strong communicator.

Ambitious and focused you will learn quickly and be committed to developing your career in line with the company growth strategy. With strong numeracy skills, you will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.

A typical day as Team Administrator will include:

  • Typing
  • Updating client data on to the company database
  • Email management
  • Preparing invoices
  • Formatting reports
  • Preparing presentations
  • Diary management
  • Occasional PA duties including:
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls
