An exciting opportunity has arose to work for a Global Insurance company based in Leeds. This is a forward thinking organisation with year on year growth. They are going through an excitement period of change within their talent function, having just recently taken all recruitment in house across the Uk sites.

Currently looking for an experienced Talent acquisition advisor to join the Uk team as they go through their new journey within the hr function. You will be responsible in helping to assist, in the development of their Internal Talent Acquisition offering. Developing attraction strategies to attract the very best talent.
Implementing talent acquisition strategy to support assigned Talent Acquisition Business Partner needs and meet organisational business objectives.

In addition to this they are looking for someone who wants to get involved and gain exposure in a range of exciting projects planned over the next year. This will include Marketing, Networking , Early Careers, Process improvement and Social!

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and Planning
  • Creation of talent pools through a variety of methods
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support project activities as required
  • Policy, Process and Procedures
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers including conducting job briefs, setting search strategy, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates to build effective talent pipelines through proactive recruiting techniques
  • Manage multiple sourcing requisition simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritise
  • Utilise recruitment skills by identifying internal and external candidates
  • Build and maintain ongoing pipeline
  • Source high-calibre candidates that meet the required criteria from various sourcing channels
