Talent Acquisition Partner - South Wales (commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bristol)
£30K - £40K + car + bonus

Our client, a global engineering & technology organisation, are now looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter/Recruitment Advisor or Talent Acquisition Partner to join their expanding business supporting a client base in the South Wales area, commutable from Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.

Sitting as part of our clients HR team, you will partner with hiring managers to help attract, recruit and retain key talent predominantly within the engineering and tech sectors.

Working towards recruitment & HR related KPIs, you'll be involved in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for roles across various departments. This will involve both direct routes to markets, sourcing and candidate attraction, as well as liaising with the organisations recruitment suppliers too. You'll help to sift and sort applications and will usually be involved in initial telephone screening or interviews in order to present the strongest shortlist to hiring managers.

Your role planning and managing candidate attrition pipelines means that'll you actively seek passive candidates as well as engaging with external organisations and bodies to find talent. This could include supporting with assessment and open day events as well as industry events, job fairs etc.

To be successful in this role it is anticipated you'll already have extensive recruitment experience from an engineering or tech sector, ideally from within an in-house or HR function role, however experience from within RPO or MSP could equally be useful.

You'll need some flexibility to travel on occasion to our clients other sites and very rarely, ad hoc national travel.
