Job Title: Installation Support Technician

Salary: £13,000/year
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Schedule: 2.5 Days per week (Flexible, 9am-5pm)
Location: Glasgow (Remote)
Experience: No Experience Required

Responsibilities:

Detect and troubleshoot basic faults.
Maintain detailed notes for engineers.
Conduct customer check-ups
Resolve common issues with provided training.
Schedule engineer appointments
Respond to call-outs!
