Working in Redhill as part of a supportive team, and earning £9 per hour, you'll assist and support service users in their home and local community. Completing service user support notes at the end of each shift.
Based in the Redhill area, you'll have experience as a temp or perm support worker, willing to take on flexible working, and happy to work alone or in a team. You'll be respectful of confidentiality issues and diligent in reporting to your line manager and undertaking training, where necessary.
You'll have experience in community services or as support staff.
You'll be calm, positive, sensitive and empathetic to individual needs.
You'll be a great communicator and work to establish positive relationships with service users, their families and other healthcare professionals.
