We are looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to work in a Supported Living Service based in Crewe. This is an opportunity to be part of a team who are giving young people a chance to be the best versions of themselves. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young adults who haven't had the best to start in life.
Your main responsibility will be to lead staff teams to provide a high level of care. To support and encourage the young people to be motivated and take part in activities, education and extracurricular activities. You will also be required to provide a safe environment for the young adults in our care.
To carry out this role you will need a good standard of literacy and numeracy together with a Diploma Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Person's Workforce, Social Work Degree or equivalent with up to date knowledge of the current legislation governing the sector.
It is essential that you have one year's experience of working in a residential setting with young people. You will also need to be a driver with a Full UK drivers license.
