An excellent opportunity has arisen for a healthcare professional in South Yorkshire with Registered Service Manager experience. We are helping a healthcare company find a full-time Branch Manager in the Sheffield region to inspire and motivate a team of exceptional healthcare workers. The job comes with a salary of £32,000 per annum, with the chance of an end of year bonus.

The successful Healthcare Manager will be managing supported living services in the Sheffield, Rotherham, Maltby and South West Yorkshire areas, managing a staff of 140. The successful applicant will be required to register with the Care Quality Commission to fulfil the role.

Some of your Branch Manager responsibilities will include:
? Managing the day to day running of the business, including all relevant line management
? Arranging and attending meetings with staff, stakeholders, service users and their families
? Taking part in audits and visits
? Creating and distributing relevant reports and working on the quarterly quality audit

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the business, including administration and coordination teams, along with business development of key customer relationships with Local Authority, NHS and private commissioners of services.

To succeed in this supported living services manager position, you will need:
? Previous supported living services experience or registered service manager experience
? Strong working knowledge of care standards, regulations and IT
? A Registered Managers Award plus Level 5 diploma
? Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle.

You will be experienced in care management, and you will possess excellent knowledge of care standards, regulations and Valuing People principles. Above all, you should be approachable, reliable and dedicated.
