Are you an experienced Support Worker local to Stoke on Trent?
We have an opening for experienced and compassionate Support workers who will provide 3:1 care during the day and 2:1 care during he night for a male client. The Support Worker role is a full time, permanent position, and comes with a rate of £10.00 per hour. Some night shifts will be required, and candidates for this support staff role must have a driving license.
The successful Support Worker candidate will coordinate and provide support for someone settling into a new community. You will need to have experience with managing autism and challenging behaviours. Also, the following skills are required:
? Experience delivering personal care on a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 basis
? Experience with medication management
? Experience with care plans ensuring they are accurate at all time
? The ability to follow instructions and receive feedback without being offended
? The ability and desire to promote good health and well being
As a successful Support Worker, you will have a flexible working pattern, with a seven-day rota with sleep rotation or waking nights. It's an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, inclusive and collaborative support worker interested in community services alongside bettering the life of an individual in need.
