Your responsibilities as a Support Worker will be to deliver a person-centred integrated support service. You will be working flexible hours through the week, evenings and weekends. You'll be expected to follow care plans for the residents and engage with them, administer care, including personal hygiene and ensure the well-being of residents, adhering to CQC care standards.
What's most important is that you bring a sense of care and empathy into work with you every day in your role as a care assistant or support worker.
What you'll need to bring for this Support Worker role:
? Have experience providing care to vulnerable adults, in either a residential or domiciliary setting
? An understanding of the recovery principles in mental health
? Experience working in social care or a residential environment, including facilitating the development of personal care skills and the preparation of meals
? Willingness to complete the induction programme and our care certificate
