Search Consultancy is seeking experienced Support Workers to work on an permeant basis to provide the highest quality of care and support to our client based in Edinburgh. As a member of the support staff, you will assist a variety of individuals, including adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.

In return for your skills, you will receive an hourly rate of £9 and above based on experience level.

Duties include-
Carry out all aspects of clients' care, assisting with feeding, bathing, washing and dressing
Carry out daily health checks
Help clients with budgeting, shopping, leisure and socialising
Assist clients in attending leisure and creative activity meetings
Record all clients' activities and progress on charts and written related reports

It takes an exceptional and dedicated person to be a Support Worker or care worker. It is physically and emotionally demanding, but the job satisfaction you receive makes a Support worker job very rewarding.

Experience or a real passion for support/care or equivalent community services experience
Skills in communicating with tact and sensitivity
