If you have at least six months' experience working as a Support Worker, care coordinator or care worker in the UK, this flexible North London-based role, paying £9 to £13.50 an hour could be for you. You'll be working in residential homes for children and adults with learning disabilities, and there are day and night shifts available.
Support Worker duties include:
? Community services: going out into the community with the service user to their local clubs, etc.
? Keeping records and charts (on feeding, exercise, etc.)
? Following care plans and writing regular reports
? Getting to know clients and their interests and needs
You'll need previous experience in a similar role, whether temp or perm.
