Mental Health Support Workers urgently required..

As a Search Mental Health Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients in different Settings and Environments.

The Role:

You'll have the chance to make a real impact on the patients you work with. You'll be exposed to all kinds of new challenges and responsibilities, to ensure you continue learning and developing as you go. Search Healthcare is looking for experienced Mental Health workers to work within secure units within the Sheffield area and other regions throughout South Yorkshire.

Working within low secure and locked rehabilitation services for men, women and adolescents.

Working as part of a team, you'll provide support for nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.

Demonstrating the abilities, experience and skills needed to deal effectively with challenging situations; you have an active interest in developing your knowledge and skills, and be strong of mind to be able to manage these situations.

You will have passion for the role that you work in and duties will include providing assistance with care, personal support, daily living tasks and activities during the period worked whilst at all times ensuring the safety of the patients at all times.

You will be required to provide support with daily activities within the unit ensuring that service users maintain maximum independence, considering their mental, physical and emotional needs.
