I am currently looking for a Support Worker to join a superb Learning Disability, supported living service in Warwickshire. This is a full time permanent role offering a salary of £8.60ph and sleep-ins being paid at £77ph.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a supported living service, caring for adults with learning disabilities and or autism. You will be working on a 1:1 basis, giving you the opportunity to really change, enrich and develop a tenants way of living! You will help promote independence to the residents as well as encouraging tenants to live fulfilling and valued lives. Within this role you will provide respectful and personal care in accordance with the needs, wishes and preferred routines outlined in the individual's personal support plans.

As a support worker within this superb service some of your duties will include:
* Developing a warm and friendly relationship with the residents and their families
* Encourage and support service users to develop their abilities
* Assist service users in the administration and monitoring of prescribed medication
