Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker looking for your next role in the Canterbury area working shift patterns on a flexible basis? Due to consistent growth and expansion, Search Consultancy, a market-leading Healthcare recruitment business is recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers in Canterbury and the surrounding areas.

The role:
Working flexible hours throughout the week, evenings and weekends, you will be expected to support our client's residents, follow each of their care plans, engage with them, administer care, including personal hygiene and ensure the well-being of residents while adhering to Care Quality Commission care standards.

What we're looking for:
Having a sense of care and empathy in your work is integral to this role as a Support Worker. You'll need to be a natural listener and communicator. Patients and their families will engage with you daily and need to be treated with respect and dignity. Our Support Workers are fully integrated in the mental health and well-being of everyone they work with and are confident in communicating with different stakeholders.

There is regular onsite training, and you will be fully supported by a fantastic team of medical consultants with a background in Nursing and Healthcare.

To join us for agency shifts, you will need to have at least six month's paid experience in the UK as a support worker or carer.
