Support Worker- Nantwich, Crewe

Search are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to provide the best possible care to Children in Nantwich, Crewe. Roles typical of a Support Worker includes:
*Supporting individuals to maintain all aspects of their domestic lives e.g. cooking, domestic duties, shopping and daily living skills
*Generally making sure the individual is safe
*Support with personal care tasks
*Support with educational needs and seeking employment
*Support with appointments and other visits
*Managing incidents and ensuring they are closed within 14 days
*Completing weekly planners and activity planners
*Providing tenancy support
*Supporting with court orders
*Keeping the individual occupied and encouraging them to get out and about and meet new people.
This residential home operates on a 2:4 shift pattern (Two shifts one week, four the next) , with a £34 sleep-in in top if necessary.
Previous roles as support worker
Experience with Young Adults
Driver with full license.
