Search Healthcare are a specialist recruitment company who provide temporary staff to various healthcare organisations throughout Scotland. We are looking to recruit experienced and passionate Support Workers/Care Assistants for exciting opportunities within a forward thinking and growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established care provider with high standards of care and support.

The role is ideal for candidates who are looking for flexible working hours- full time or part time and are able to commit to short notice shifts as well as in advance. If you want to make a big difference in the lives of those who require daily support, you will be caring, considerate, hardworking and committed to providing the highest standard of care.

*Your role may include:*

* Personal Care

* Medication

* Moving and Handling

* Cooking and Housekeeping

* Social Activities

You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within the Care Industry supporting a range of vulnerable individuals.

Candidates must have an excellent understanding of working within a person-centred way, demonstrating empathy whilst encouraging clients to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Some examples of shifts would be 07:00-15:00(Early Shift), 14:00-22:00(Late Shift), 21:00-08:00(Waking Night Duties) and 14:00-23:00 + s/o then 07:00-10:00 (Sleep in shifts) as required. These hours are subject to change.
