3 month Interim Service Manager role

Hi I am currently on the look out for a Service Manager to work a 3 month contract for a supported Living service located near Widnes Town Centre.
The service houses a gentleman who requires 24/7 support with Mental Health needs and challenging behaviour and we are looking for someone to help not only look after this gentleman, but to also look after the staff members that work continuously around the clock to provide an excellent care package. We need a Manager with a can do positive and uplifting attitude to the role who wants to help the service become a more relaxed environment.
The key attributes we are looking for in our candidates for this role are;
* Minimum of two years experience of working with adults with a mental health diagnosis learning disability, autism or ABI
* Ability to understand and follow electronic Care Plans, Recovery Plans, Positive Behavioural Plans and Risk Management Plans.
* Minimum of six months experience of managing direct reports
We need someone who has the ability to use their own initiative to drive tasks through to completion with a genuine keen interest in working within vulnerable adults in a community setting and someone who can manage a rotating rota so that all aspects of support are provided for the gentleman.
