Hourly pay £10.20 per hour, 36 hours per week over at least 3 shifts with day and night options (part time considered)
Specialist training provided in least restrictive intervention
Guaranteed hours for duration of contract

What to expect

With a unique approach to mental health support worker, you'll be working with their wider support network; healthcare professionals and their family members to support them with independent living, all within a familiar and comfortable home environment.

You will have an in depth understanding of the recovery principles in mental health, and experience of working with autism and ADHD. Being able to provide positive experiences are essential, and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on a one to basis. Patience, good communication and listening skills are important.

What you'll need

This opportunity is to start ASAP so we need applicants to be able to commit to this opportunity with a maximum of 1 month's notice in a current role, though could start sooner. .

You'll be 100% committed to the needs of the person with previous experience as a Support Worker.
