We're on the lookout for more of our countries heroes. Are you an experienced Support Worker local to Stoke on Trent. We have an opening for experienced and compassionate Support workers who will provide 3:1 care during the day and 2:1 care during he night for a male client. The Support Worker role is a full time, permanent position, and comes with a rate of £10.00 per hour. Some night shifts will be required, and candidates for this support staff role must have a driving license.

The successful Support Worker candidate will coordinate and provide support for someone settling into a new community. You will need to have experience with managing autism and challenging behaviours. Also, the following skills are required:

? Experience delivering personal care on a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 basis
? Experience with medication management
? Experience with care plans ensuring they are accurate at all time
? The ability to follow instructions and receive feedback without being offended
? The ability and desire to promote good health and well being

As a successful Support Worker, you will have a flexible working pattern, with a seven-day rota with sleep rotation or waking nights. It's an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, inclusive and collaborative support worker interested in community services alongside bettering the life of an individual in need.
