A unique opportunity has come up to join my clients professional services organisation in the City Centre. Beautiful City Centre office; Friendly and supportive team; Training and development opportunities; Fantastic benefits package.

Joining a small and dynamic team you will be responsible for liaising with all departments, as well as customers and suppliers, ensuring administration tasks are all completed to a high standard and within set timescales.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Reception and switchboards duties
  • Take control of organisation of the filing and archiving system within the office
  • Using Excel to report figures and keep control of work in progress
  • Preparing documents and finialising documents to support SMT
