Job Title: Support Analyst
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 + 33 days holiday, pension, etc.
About the Support Analyst Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity with a very well known and highly respected organisation to support a busy team of people across the local site with some remote support also in what will be 1st and 2nd line in a typical Microsoft environment with a big focus on high levels of customer service and meeting very realistic SLAs.
We are looking for proven support experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills but very importantly, someone willing to roll their sleeves up and do what is required at the time as it is only a small but heavily relied upon team so aptitude and attitude are key.
We are looking for experience of Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, some Networks experience and ideally current Server management experience with good deployment experience also. Some VMWare experience would be great to see as would experience of supporting mobile devices too (iOS and/or Android)
