What are your duties and responsibilities?
* Providing administration support to over 70 consultants within the office across different divisions
* Maintaining the database on a regular basis
* Organising mail shots for clients and candidates
* Typing reports, letters and proposals as requested
* Formatting CV's into the house style for each division
* Cover reception as and when required (lunch times, holidays etc.)
* Other ad hoc duties such as completing credit checks, compiling presentations etc.
