Job Title: Supply Chain / QA - Customer care
Location: Wrexham
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 P/A - Pending on experience
Working Pattern - Mon-Fri (08:30-17:00)

Overview
Search is currently working with a leading food manufacturing business. My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain/ QA - Customer care to join their great business. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with great administrative skills who is looking to build a career in the supply chain department of an industry-leading food manufacturer.
Main Responsibilities
* Raise all sales ledger invoices in a timely manner.
* Accurate allocation of cash receipts.
* Responsible for chasing debt and investigating and resolving any invoice queries.
* Maintaining sales prices and discounts within the ERP system.
* Set up and maintenance of customers, depots, finished goods records and EDI barcodes within the ERP system.
* Providing the Head of Finance with details of overdue accounts.
* Cover other finance team functions when necessary, supporting workload, absence and holidays.
* Ad hoc duties to support the Finance Department as required.

Required experience
* Proven recent experience of sales ledger, credit control within a medium to large organisation.
* Experience of ERP systems.
* Ideally AAT part qualified or willing to study.
* Computer literate using MS Office and ERP systems.
* Intermediate Excel skills an advantage.
* Ability to work accurately within tight timescales.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative.
* Cover other finance team functions when necessary.
