Supply Chain Administrator required for an immediate start in the Shildon area.

Full-time and working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday this role would suit someone with good admin skills and experience in speaking to suppliers and internal contacts to ensure effective communication and that the function runs smoothly.

Duties will include:

  • Taking telephone bookings from suppliers for incoming raw material deliveries
  • Chasing up raw material and packaging suppliers for delivery bookings using info from reports
  • Ensure that certificates are available for all incoming raw material deliveries
  • Monitor PO delivery dates for shipments via Internal systems and updating in Oracle
  • Input of raw material details onto bespoke system
  • Creating PowerPoint slides for department meetings
  • Run reports for Management information
  • Confirm orders once production plans are finalised
  • Updating requirements when new information is available
  • Scanning of all affiliate orders into File Director
  • Daily uploading of reports into Sharepoint, including 175 report, SPIC, MTR tabular


This role would suit someone with experience in Oracle, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint packages. You will be speaking to suppliers and internal contacts so there will be an element of customer service and phone based work in the role as well.
