A leading global engineering company is seeking a passionate and committed Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer to join its quality improvement team in Northamptonshire on a full-time basis, earning a competitive salary of £30 per hour.
This expanding company needs a talented and ambitious professional who has a proven track record of transforming services, as well as considerable experience in Distribution Business Unit supplier, quality support work. In this exciting new career challenge, you will work alongside two other Supplier Quality Improvement Engineers and will be expected to travel to clients across the UK.
Earning a very competitive salary as a Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer, you will be an integral part of the quality improvement team. Your main tasks will involve having direct contact with suppliers and ensuring the right measures are in place to facilitate their satisfaction. You will be required to evaluate and select new suppliers and to come up with proactive procedures based on their individual needs and challenges. You will need excellent analytical skills as well as superb personal skills, allowing you to identify suppliers requirements correctly and to communicate the plans you put in place effectively.
