Our Burnley-based Construction client is looking to hire an exceptional, full-time Sub Contract Manager to oversee a vast range of duties & responsibilities, essential for the general functioning of their construction business. The successful candidate will enjoy a salary between £20,000 - £24,000 and should have experience in the construction industry.
The Sub Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational success of our client's construction business in Burnley. As the Sub Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for ordering, stocktaking and tracking all materials purchased. This admin role will also include administrative tasks such as filing, book-keeping and invoicing. You will have a superb eye for detail and a keen, analytical mind. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as experience with construction drawings is a definite advantage.
You will work closely with a group of supportive, welcoming and inclusive colleagues. This Administrator role will suit someone equally adept working as part of a larger team and focusing on individual assignments.
Your required Administrator skills and experience:
● Excellent IT skills, proficiency with Sage software, experience with Excel and Outlook
● Knowledge of the construction industry landscape
● A strong work ethic and time management skills
