We are currently looking to recruit Student Experience Assistants. The successful applicants will be self-starters, genuine team players and people with the drive, determination and resilience needed to help us to build this revolutionary organisation from the ground up. You will be a highly effective problem solver with great people and customer service skills. You'll possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude, approaching challenges with a solution focus.



Engage with students, both current and future along with visitors and key contributors to the student experience You will take ownership for the campus helpdesk, ensuring it is always effective and delivering the experience.
Be a key member of the student experience team assisting with the provision of administrative and operational support on all end-to-end student lifecycle.
Provide student facing advice and support: identify student's needs; offer immediate information and advice; or signpost to other external services or internal specialists.
Work collaboratively with academic and professional service staff providing support to and covering for colleagues within the Student Affairs and the wider team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective administrative support services always.
Support the development and implementation of administrative systems, processes, policies and procedures, as required.
What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills including the ability to interact successfully with a wide range of people, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
A clear passion for and a desire to provide an outstanding student / customer experience.
Willingness and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good IT skills. We welcome experience such as data inputting, interrogating databases, systems and information and the use of a variety of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
