**Sous Chef - Dorking - Three nights a week! - £26,000pa**

This is the role for you!!
A typical working week would be five days out of seven with dinner service Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (this will only be Friday and Saturday evenings through the winter)
You will need to have come from a fine dining background as the food offering here is of the highest quality! You will have input into menu design and implementation but will of course be expected to maintain the exceptionally high standards this luxury venue is renowned for.
If you can ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high, keep calm under pressure, lead a small and focused team in the absence of the Head Chef, overcome obstacles with humour and determination, this ticks all your boxes!
The position is paying up to £26,000pa plus TRONC working 5 days out of 7
