**Sales Manager - Unique Luxury Hotel - Farnborough - £30k + bonus**
Are you a strong M&E sales manager looking to progress into a more proactive sales roles rather than reactive? If so, then read please read on. An opportunity to work within a prestigious hotel in the heart of Farnborough that boasts 168 rooms, 2 rosette level restaurant and next level conference and events facilities that you will strive to sell to new and existing clients.
We are looking for a candidate to work in a challenging proactive sales role to develop new business and account manage existing clients focusing on the Corporate and M&E markets in the local area, London and the South East along with supporting the Sales and Revenue teams with other segments as required.
The perfect candidate must be able to represent the brand and also:
* Source new business In the local area and service existing clients to ensure high levels of service are received.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure that revenue from each individual company is maximised.
* Arrange, attend and follow up from appointments with new and existing users, ensuring weekly appointment target is consistently achieved.
* Assist in the conversion of key M&E enquiries.
* Sell the hotels product from F&B to rooms to maximise revenues.
