**Chef de Partie - Dorking - Day time hours - £22,000pa**

This is the role for you!!
A typical working week would be five days out of seven with four shifts of approximately 8am to 4pm and one late shift per week (this will vary and is the week's events).
You will need to have fresh food experience and due to the size of events the team here deals with, previous volume experience is essential. Working within an existing team across two restaurants, the ability to adapt is essential. You will be expected to maintain the exceptionally high standards this luxury venue is renowned for.

The position is paying up to £22,000 per annum working 5 days out of 7
