The ideal candidate will have experience at a similar level, as well as passion and drive. They are all about attitude here if you haven't got rosette experience but are working in a fresh food kitchen - get in touch!
You will be responsible for running a range of sections across the kitchen as well as guiding junior chefs working with you. A calm attitude and the ability to encourage and nurture your junior colleagues are important. An eye for detail and a keen interest in current food trends are also advantageous.
You MUST ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual and be a real team player the ability to listen to direction and work efficiently under pressure, are essential.
The position is paying £24,000pa on a 45 hour week (overtime is paid!!) you will also receive £1200pa in gratuities.
