We are looking for Spanish speaking Customer Support Agents to join a newly formed team within their modern offices.
Working hours between: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
As a Spanish speaking Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for providing technical support on various objects within the home and building. It will be your responsibility to ensure homeowners are in control of home comfort, security, fire systems and air/water purification.
You will be handling inbound technical telephone calls and email enquires in a professional and appropriate manner whilst inspiring customer loyalty and delivering a memorable experience.
