Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor, Full Time, Permanent
£17,000 per annum
Our client provides international customer support and if that doesn't sound exciting to you, we can assure you it is! RESPONSIBILITIES AND END RESULTS:
- To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
- To develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services.
- To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
- Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.
- To meet and exceed daily/weekly targets
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the financial industry
- Ability to work under pressure and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Good level of comfort with computer applications and MS Office
