***Sous Chef, Leading Casual Dining Restaurant, - Plymouth - up to £25k a year plus Bonus***

A Sous Chef position that offers a work life balance, great rates of pay and every opportunity to progress with-in the business!

It is exciting times for this restaurant group with further expansion plans in place for the later half of the year. The food quality and service are second to none and offer guests a great meal served in a friendly and relaxed environment, all the food is freshly prepared, healthy and delicious!

The position presents genuine opportunities for progression into more senior roles. You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen including supporting the Head Chef in running a large chef team, participating in busy services, ensuring food standards are kept high, training and coaching more junior staff, making sure that guests experience fantastic food, all aspects of ordering as well as all HACCP and COSHH, GP and labour control.

Experience in a similar branded role is preferential, but certainly working with fresh food on a daily basis. You will need to show drive, ambition, the capability to run a high volume service effectively and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid a generous salary of up to £25k a year with an excellent financial bonus system in place. You will be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
