This stunning site on the glorious Island of Guernsey are looking for a strong senior sous chef to over see the day to day running of this restaurant situated right on the beach with views to die for.
This is a stunning quayside Steakhouse and grill are looking for a strong sous chef to join the brigade. You will overseeing the smooth day to day operation of the site along with the Head C hef and reporting directly to the group executive chef. There is of course the day to day compliance, HACCP & COSHH to deal with along with ensuring junior staff members are supervised, trained and mentored.
Working in this state of the art kitchen with the finest ingredients you will be capable of producing top quality dishes for up to 100 ala carte covers. There is a seasonally changing ala carte menu, utilising the finest ingredients and top quality kitchen to provide a truly exception dinning experience.
The role is paying in the region of £29,000pa with tips averaging £60 per week! Live in accommodation is available and you will be provided with meals whilst on duty.
This really is a fantastic role in a wonderful location - a 40min flight from London but a million miles away from the UK.
