We are currently looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for this stunning boutique hotel, brasserie and luxury event venue.
Alongside the brasserie restaurant, there is a thriving functions and events business as well.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background with exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history, Rosette experience is preferred but if you have a quality fresh food background we would love to hear from you. You will play a part in developing junior members of staff whilst making sure standards don't slip!!
You will also be involved in creating new menus, adapting dishes and play a real part in the identity of this kitchen moving forward.
The position is paying up to £26,500 per annum plus excellent benefits.
