Sous Chef - Golf Club - Woldingham - £22,000 plus bonus
This group of stunning golf clubs are looking for a sous chef to join the team at the smallest of their sites. This role would suit a senior chef de partie from a fresh food hotel/volume background looking to take a more senior position whilst adding some balance to their work/home life.
There is a focus on fresh food cooking for the spike bar/restaurant and the events business. There is also complimentary golf across all three clubs (dependant on ability!)
A typical working week would be five days out of seven all straight shifts, the club house stops serving food at 4pm in the winter and 6 pm in the summer so depending on events booked there is the opportunity for excellent work life balance.
You will need to be organised, there is plenty of planning involved due to the members events taking place, you will also be comfortable working with fresh ingredients and also comfortable working alone if required.
If you can ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high, keep calm under pressure, produce obstacles with humour and determination, this ticks all your boxes!
The position is paying £22,000pa plus bonus for the right candidate
