Sous chef - day time hours - Mon to Fri
I'm recruiting for a sous chef to join a talented team catering for up to 600 people on a daily basis, cooking fresh and innovative food on a daily basis. Alongside main meals you will be required to assist with buffets and events catering on a daily basis so experience in a fast paced environment is essential.
You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table and have a genuine input on the menus and specials so this is the ideal position for a chef looking to get creative! You will have access to some of the best produce available and be working in a well equipped and organised kitchen.
