Sous Chef - Boutique Hotel - Rusper - £26,500pa
This fantastic 1AA Rosette kitchen and 30 bedroom boutique country house hotel are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef
Your working day here will be split between the busy fine dining restaurant, the bar, the busy wedding and functioning and a couple of breakfast shifts a week!
The chef is looking for the right attitude and will consider chefs from a variety of backgrounds not exclusively from fine dining kitchens.
It will be down to you as Sous Chef to develop junior members of the team whilst deputising for the Sous chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the exceptionally high standards expected here.
As well as being a superstar chef, you'll be handy with the sanitiser, work cleanly and keep on top of your HACCP paperwork!
The position is paying up to £26,500 per annum, an annual performance bonus and tips.
